Win this coveted culinary lot and you (plus one very lucky guest) will experience it first-hand. You’ll be whisked away with a pair of tickets from Atlanta to New York on Delta Air Lines. Then, you’ll lay your head for two nights at the luxurious Hotel Henri New York, a Wyndham Hotel. Head over to the vibrant, interactive City Winery to grab a glass of wine, a bite to eat, catch a show – or all three! Finally, for the culinary crescendo, you’ll enjoy dinner for two (including all of the trappings—many decadent courses, rare wine pairings and gratuity) in the hallowed rooms of the Beard House in Greenwich Village. Raise your paddle for this exciting lot and you’ll have not one, but two, stellar dining experiences with the best of the Atlanta Athletic Club. First, Chef Aaron Massanoti invites four guests into the Club’s prestigious Merion Room for an exciting four-course chef’s table, where he will prepare his signature modernist cuisine paired with global wines to complement each bite. Next up? Chef Morey Anderson will come to your home for a private cooking demonstration and meal prepared for six guests. He will consult with you ahead of time to select each course – and specially selected wines – and offer tips to the lucky group, featuring classical techniques and plating styles reminiscent of the great French chef Auguste Escoffier. You don’t want to miss this spectacular, two-part dining experience!

Lot 3: Insider Buford Highway Food, Chocolate & Wine Pairing
Raise your paddle if you’re ready for an adventure! The evening will begin with a dinner hosted for you and seven of your friends by Advanced Sommelier Jacob Gragg at one of Buford Highway’s many acclaimed restaurants. Jacob will work with the winner to choose the perfect dinner location based on taste and preferences. After dinner, the fun continues around the corner with a private chocolate making class at Jardi Chocolates led by Jacob’s wife, Culinary Institute of America graduate, Pastry Chef Jocelyn Gragg. Before opening Jardi in 2015, Jocelyn crafted desserts for some of the most exquisite restaurants – Restaurant Eugene, The Ocean Room at Kiawah Island and The Georgian Room at Sea Island. And what’s a night without wine? Of course, Jacob will be on hand pouring only the best wines throughout the evening.

You may have seen her on the “Today” show or on the Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen. You may have even seen one of her acclaimed cookbooks, Field Peas to Foie Gras or Dinner Déjà Vu – and if you are tonight’s lucky bidder you’ll see her as you and nine of your nearest and dearest enjoy an evening with Chef Jennifer Hill Booker. Chef Jennifer will share cooking secrets from her signature blend of “Modern Southern Cuisine with a French Accent.” Your evening will start with a welcome cocktail & appetizers at The Cook’s Warehouse location of your choice. Atlanta Athletic Club’s own Master Chef Daryl Shular will recreate elements of his eight-day Certified Master Chef exam, with eight spectacular courses of modern gastronomy prepared in the comfort of your home. Every thoughtfully prepared course will showcase Chef Shular’s skill and creativity – necessary qualities that lead him to become one of only 68 Certified Master Chefs in the United States (and the first African American to earn the distinction). Get ready for expertly paired wines and an extra helping of fun for your private party of ten guests.

Lot 8: Tiny Bubbles In-Home Dinner for 8
Todd Richards, Executive Chef and Owner of Richards’ Southern Fried, kicks off his mornings with a glass of Champagne. As Tasting Table reported, “the best part of waking up, is Champagne in his cup.” Gil Kulers, Sommelier at the prestigious Piedmont Driving Club, also has a soft spot for sparkling wine. Todd and Gil combine forces for one lucky bidder: an effervescent four-course dinner for eight in the winner’s home with each dish expertly paired with a different Champagne. Gil will start the night off with a bang (or a pop?) by demonstrating the ancient ritual of “Champagne Sabering,” in which he decapitates the top of a bottle with a three-foot sword. For the adventurous, Gil will offer sabering lessons. Next, guests will enjoy four courses crafted by Chef Richards along with selections from Champagne Drappier, one of Todd's favorite Champagne houses. Expect Todd and Gil to demonstrate their version of quality control when the bubbly gets flowing. To wrap up the evening, Gil will wield his white-hot port tongs and show diners another way to open a bottle without a cork screw. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience, not to be missed. Don’t forget your camera!
